Double Opportunities: Bihar Education Department Grants Two Shots for Class Pass

The Bihar Education Department has made a significant decision to prevent students from facing academic setbacks. As per the new directive, students in the fifth, eighth, ninth, and twelfth grades will be awarded two grace marks to facilitate their passage in the annual examinations. Media reports indicate that this policy will be implemented for seventeen new scholars.

According to the reports, if students in the specified grades do not succeed in the year-end annual examinations, the department will provide them with an additional opportunity to prevent the loss of an academic year. To facilitate this, a dedicated two-month special class will be arranged for remedial studies. Subsequently, a special examination will be conducted to assess their progress and offer them a chance to avoid academic setbacks, as reported in the media.
